About Me

Hi, I'm Mona

Like a lot of people, I started planning trips for myself. I fell in love with Japan, and after organizing my own visits by mapping out days, sorting through endless options, and learning what actually works, friends and friends-of-friends started asking me for help. Eventually, this turned into a real service that helps people travel smarter, skip the stress, and experience more of what they love.

🌏 A Bit About My Travel Style

I’ve personally traveled to Japan (twice and counting), and I’ve also explored places like Spain, Turkey, Italy, Greece, Central America, and a lot of the U.S. and Caribbean. I love building balanced trips that include culture, food, nature, and modern-day fun. While Japan is my specialty, I can plan trips to many other destinations too.

✨ What I’m Good At

If you have a long list of things you want to do but no idea how to organize it, I can help. I take that list and turn it into a mapped-out, realistic plan that makes sense by location and timing. I’ll let you know if the schedule is too packed or if something is unlikely to work out. I aim to be honest, thoughtful, and flexible, so you feel confident about your choices.

🛏️ How I Work

I offer two main services:

  • Free booking support for hotels and commissionable activities

  • Custom itinerary planning for travelers who want a full day-by-day trip layout

I am affiliated with Boardwalk Agency, CLIA-certified, and I’ve completed all of the Disney planning courses. I’ve also been to Disney World about 15 times, so if you ever need help with theme park planning, I’ve got you covered.

🧭 Who I Love Working With

I especially enjoy working with couples and curious travelers who want a mix of everything. Whether it's food, pop culture, traditional sites, or a bit of nature, I help you blend it all into a trip that fits your interests. Whether it's your first visit to Japan or your fifth, I want you to feel clear, confident, and excited about your trip.
